3 Deposits

All deposits on q555 are made in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform accepts the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

• Deposits are credited to your q555 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within seconds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, wherever possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement and applies to all players.

5 Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from q555. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.

• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. • Live betting: During in-play events — including PSL matches, T20 Internationals, and live football fixtures — odds update in real time. q555 may suspend a market temporarily while key match events are processed. Any bets placed during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the accepted time limit, or if there has been a manifest error in the odds. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance.
• Accumulator bets: All individual selections within an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one leg is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
• Cricket-specific rules: For PSL and international cricket markets, q555 follows standard cricket betting rules. For a match to be settled, a minimum number of overs must be completed as specified per market. Rain-affected matches may be settled on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results where applicable.

q555 reserves the right to void or restrict any bet where there is reasonable evidence of irregular activity, pricing errors, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

q555 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free bets are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q555. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
